Sleeping Beauties

I love watching my girls sleeping. Her are some cute pictures I have gotten of them.

Binky Party

I should mention that Halley had a bye-bye-binky party yesterday and is binky free! Her cousins Natalie, and Sabrina, were over on Sunday night and gave Halley the lecture that binky's were for babies. She looked at me with wide eyes, and spit her binky out. She seemed really embarrassed. So, the next day we had a party with Natalie and Sabrina. Halley gathered up all of her binky's and put them in gift sack and gave them to her cousins. In return, Natalie and Sabrina gave her a present. We had chocolate muffins and even blew out candles. It was quite the party. Halley has been awesome ever since the party and doesn't really seem to care that they are gone. I am so proud of her and of me for finally letting them go!!! Bye, bye binky's!

Coralee's Crib

Well, Coralee is 4 months old now, and I thought it would a good time to get her sleeping in her crib. It has been set up for 2 weeks now, and she is still sleeping in our bed at night, but I can get her to take her naps in it. Hopefully, she will get the whole sleeping through the night thing someday.

Halley helped Nathan put it together in our room. Halley loves it! She was begging for us to put her in the crib with Coralee. It was really funny, so of course, I had to get pictures.

Laguna Beach

On President Day we took off to Laguna Beach. It was perfect weather, and it was Coralee's first beach day. I think she really enjoyed the fresh, ocean breeze! Actually, I don't think she noticed, but I would like to think she had fun. Halley enjoyed being with her daddy and running away from the HUGE waves. I went to join them after feeding Coralee, and we saw a whale jumping right of the water. It was seriously something out of a movie. There was a whale watching boat out there too. I bet they got a great view. It was so amazing.

After the beach we went to In'n'Out, but both girls were sound asleep, so Nathan and I enjoyed ourselves and ate in the car, listening to Dr. Lara. It felt like a date. Then, we went and picked up his Mustang at the shop. Nathan drove it all the way home, from Lake Forest, with the windows rolled down. I think he was heaven. It was a great holiday.
