Disneymania

We are having too much going to Disneyland. It has been really warm, so yesterday we went to California Adventure, and let the kids play in the water area in their swimsuits. Halley had no fear. She kept missing the spontaneous fountains of water. They would either go right over her head, or she would take a step forward right before the water came up. It was so funny, she was the driest one out there. However, she finally did get wet and loved it. We had a good time.

Daddy and Me

Nathan took Halley off my hands Saturday morning so I could teach piano lessons. They went and did "guy stuff". Nathan and his friend, Brian, are working on a Mustang, so they had to take it into the shop. Apparently, Halley did not find cars that interesting, so Nathan took her outside the shop to play. He is a very nice Daddy!

Halley's First Pig Tails!

Halley's hair is finally long enough for pig tails. She looks so cute with them. She will let me fix her hair, as long as she has her tooth brush, and her feet under running water in the bathroom sink! The price we pay for beauty...

Shoes

Lately, Halley has been obsessed with putting on shoes. It doesn't matter who's shoes they are, she will put them on if they are in sight. Today, I asked to her to get her shoes to go bye, bye, and she came running to me with her sandals. It was the first time she followed directions! I am so excited. Now, if I could get her to throw her diapers away, that would be awesome! I bet she will soon, she is already putting toys inside her diaper genie!

Labor Day Weekend in Arizona

For Labor Day we went to Mesa, AZ to visit Nathan's parents. They bought a new home and it is awesome. They have a pool (which Halley loved), and a 7ft. grand piano (which I loved)! We had a great time visiting them. Halley got to play with her cousins which was a special treat for her too.
